Firenza expertise across all market sectors
As a firmly established and progressive private brand of Singapore based Stamford Tyres, Firenza presents an impressive selection of quality tyres to suit all market sectors.
For the high performance sector the Firenza ST22 ultra high performance pattern is exclusively manufactured in South East Asia within a leading, technologically advanced production facility incorporating the very latest tyre building innovations. The ST22 offers an attractive tread design that specifically satisfies the demanding requirements of drivers of high powered sports saloon cars.
Additional features and benefits include an asymmetrical tread arrangement complete with a special rib design, rigid outside shoulder area and a semi flexible outer rib formation for a superior standard of cornering stability, precision steering capabilities and outstanding driving comfort. Whilst a rigid centre rib ensures extra grip in the tyre contact area giving even shorter braking distances on dry roads plus four wide grooves guarantee ultimate performance of water drainage and lateral sipes and slots with a polymeric compound contribute towards shorter braking distances on wet roads.
Finally a tapered sipe design provides lower noise levels whilst an improved belt construction with an increased polymer to filler ratio ensures lower rolling resistance and increased fuel economy. The Firenza ST22 is currently available in twenty five sizes in V and W ratings.
For the 4×4/SUV market sector, four quality mid-range patterns – the AT-186, HT-183, ST185 and MT-383 are currently on offer. The AT-186 includes a special combination of large drainage slots and fine sipes for an impressive drive performance and off-road handling whilst special centre blocks and shoulder lugs contribute towards significantly reduced noise levels and two streamlined shoulder blocks with innovative edges further enhance traction on all types of off-terrain road surfaces.
The HT-183 pattern incorporates four straight grooves and a special shoulder rib design that specifically increases high speed cornering and sophisticated bespoke sipes to effectively reduce noise levels and improve wet traction. Whilst a strong two-ply steel sidewall increases protection from unexpected road hazards. The ST-185 includes an improved tread design to increase accelerated driving performance along with a special centre rib design with a unique centre back row that raises overall handling capabilities and a covered joint-less nylon band improves stability.
FinallY the MT-383 is an off-road pattern with rugged staggered shoulder lugs for exceptional grip on all types of mud terrain surfaces and special centre grooves in block configuration with extensive channels to give a smooth flow of mud beneath the tyre. Firenza also presents its SV053 light commercial pattern with a unique tread pattern giving excellent handling capabilities, impressive grip and a high mileage return.
For the Truck and Bus sector, Firenza offer eleven quality TBR patterns which all incorporate a solid shoulder construction and zero angled steel band that greatly reduces irregular wear plus a special tread groove arrangement that effectively safeguards against casing damage and stone retention. Firenza has also recently launched a new range of Urban Bus Tyres which have been designed specifically for all-position buses. The Firenza SSU05 pattern incorporates a reinforced sidewall giving a superior standard of protection against kerb damage plus an extremely durable casing construction for extensive tyre life cycles.
Finally for the imminent winter season in Europe the Firenza Nu Ice range provides two distinctive patterns – the NTS-01 studless and XT-01 studdable which comply with all current European tyre regulations and tyre labeling legislation.
